Toilets
Toilet facilities for ladies and gentlemen are located adjacent to Peacocks, and can be accessed by both a lift and stairs. Toilets are continuously monitored by our cleaning team. We also have two disabled toilets at the same location. A further facility is available in Sovereign Mall. Radar keys are available by contacting a patrolling security officer or cleaning team member.

Baby Change
A separate parent baby change facility is located in the main toilet.

Lost Children
If your child becomes lost you can contact any member of security, or seek assistance from any shop whose staff will be pleased to assist.

No Smoking
Kingsway Centre operates a strict no-smoking policy within our premises and entrances.

CCTV
A brand new CCTV system has been incorporated into the mall areas for health and safety reasons, helping to promote a safe environment for our customers.
Disabled Visitors
There is a passenger lift providing access to our public toilet facilities.
It is equipped with emergency telephone if required.
