With the relaxation of restrictions in Wales, the health and wellbeing of everyone that visits Kingsway Centre remains our highest priority.
Below is some information you may find useful when visiting us.

Facemasks
From the 7th August, anyone visiting Kingsway Centre must continue to wear a face covering, unless they are exempt. Our teams will also continue to wear face coverings, unless exempt, to protect those around them.
Hospitality settings such as our cafes are, however, exempt from this rule and they may not require visitors to wear a face covering on entering their space.

Hand Hygiene
While visiting Kingsway Centre we would appreciate it if you could regularly sanitise or wash your hands to keep yourself and others safe.
You will find hand sanitiser in the entrances to our stores and facilities as well as hand washing facilities available in the centre toilets.

Social Distancing
In line with current guidance, Kingsway Centre has removed the one way system operating inside as well as specific 2m social distancing policies. Although no formal social distancing reminders are in place, please be considerate of other people around you.
Kindness & Courtesy
After a challenging period of time, we're really pleased to welcome back guests into a safe, fully reopened Kingsway Centre.
Some visitors may feel anxious when first visiting the centre, others may have young children happy to be out and about; whatever your circumstances, we kindly ask you to be tolerant and respectful of others when visiting the centre.
Our teams are on hand to keep everyone safe – please treat them with respect. We will not hesitate in asking people to leave the centre if they are abusive towards our staff.
We would like to thank our customers, tenants and staff for their continued support over the last 18-months and their continued patience as we take this next step together safely.
